Official title: A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to assure security of patients' funds maintained by skilled nursing facilities and intermediate care facilities under the medicare and medicaid programs and to assure the security of personal funds held by the United States Soldiers and Airmen's Home and by the Naval Home.
