National Home Health Clearinghouse Act of 1985 - Establishes in the Department of Health and Human Services a Home Health Clearinghouse to gather and disseminate information concerning the various public and private agencies providing home health care and related services to the elderly. Directs the Clearinghouse to: (1) establish a computerized system for such purposes; and (2) publish current descriptions of Federal services and benefits available to the elderly under the Social Security Act, the Older Americans Act of 1965, and other related laws. Requires a cost report to Congress within one year. Authorizes appropriations.
