Official title: A bill to amend the Social Security Act to require automatic sprinkler systems in all nursing facilities and intermediate care facilities certified for participation in the medicare or medicaid program, and to provide for direct low-interest Federal loans to assist such facilities in constructing or purchasing and installing automatic sprinkler systems.
