Official title: A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act to establish in the National Institute of Neurological and Communicative Disorders and Stroke an Interagency Committee on Spinal Cord Disorders and Stroke and Interagency Committee on Spinal Cord Injury for purposes of research on spinal cord regeneration.
