Official title: A bill to provide that the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall encourage and assist in the voluntary labeling of food for sodium content, and for other purposes.

Requires the Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture, to report to Congress within fifteen months of enactment of this Act on the results of such program. Requires the Secretary, not later than twelve months thereafter, to report to Congress on the adequacy of such program.
