Official title: A bill to permit, under certain circumstances, the manufacture, sale, prescribing, and dispensing of the drug dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) in the State of Oregon and the importation into such State of such drug or any ingredient or intermediate thereof, including dimethyl sulfoxide compound or mixture thereof.
