Official title: A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to prevent tax deductions for the salary of aliens illegally employed in the United States and to amend the Social Security Act to limit benefits under the aid to families with dependent children program and under the medicaid program to citizens and lawfully admitted aliens.
