A bill to provide for the automatic establishment of Trump accounts using information collected under the Enumeration at Birth Program of the Social Security Administration.

In this section:

The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Treasury or the Secretary's delegate.

The term Trump account has the meaning given such term under section 530A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

The Commissioner of Social Security, in consultation with the Secretary, shall modify the Enumeration at Birth Program of the Social Security Administration to collect and send to the Secretary such information as may be necessary to establish Trump accounts on behalf of newborn children.

The Secretary shall establish a Trump account on behalf of each newborn child with respect to whom information is provided under subsection (b).
