Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Redirecting Trump Slush Funds to Lower Health Care Costs Act.

(a) In general

No Federal funds, including amounts appropriated under section 1304 of title 31, United States Code (commonly known as the Judgment Fund), may be used by any Federal agency—

(1) for any legal financial settlement to the President or for the personal or political benefit of the President; or

(2) to establish or maintain any commission, fund (including the Anti-Weaponization Fund announced by the Attorney General on May 18, 2026), or mechanism utilized to provide the compensation described in paragraph (1).

(b) Appropriation

Out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, there is appropriated to the Secretary of Health and Human Services $1,776,000,000, to address health care costs through funding for the Medicaid program under title XIX of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.), including funding to eliminate the funding and eligibility cuts enacted in Public Law 119–21 (commonly known as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act).
