A bill to amend title 49, United States Code, to allow the introduction of certain noncompliant motor vehicle equipment in interstate commerce for testing purposes, and for other purposes.

(1) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A)—

(A) by inserting or an item of motor vehicle equipment after introduction of a motor vehicle; and

(B) by inserting or item of motor vehicle equipment after the motor vehicle; and

(2) in subparagraph (A), by inserting or items of motor vehicle equipment after motor vehicles.
