(a) In general

The area of H Street Northwest between Connecticut Avenue Northwest and Vermont Avenue Northwest in Washington, District of Columbia, shall be known and designated as Charlie Kirk Patriot Way.

(b) References

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the area referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to Charlie Kirk Patriot Way.

(c) Signs

The District of Columbia shall construct 4 street signs—

(1) that contain the phrase Charlie Kirk Patriot Way;

(2) one of which shall be placed immediately above the existing H Street Northwest sign at the intersection of H Street Northwest and Connecticut Avenue Northwest;

(3) two of which shall be placed immediately above the two existing H Street Northwest signs at the intersection of H Street Northwest (Block 1500 and Block 1600) and 16th Street Northwest;

(4) one of which shall be placed immediately above the existing H Street Northwest sign at the intersection of H Street Northwest and Vermont Avenue Northwest; and

(5) that are similar in design and size to standard street signs used by the District of Columbia.
