Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Senior Savings Protection Act.

(a) State health insurance assistance programs

Subsection (a)(1)(B) of section 119 of the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act of 2008 (42 U.S.C. 1395b–3 note) is amended—

(1) in clause (xiii), by striking and at the end;

(2) in clause (xiv), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and

(3) by adding at the end the following new clause:

(xv) for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, $15,000,000.

(b) Area agencies on aging

Subsection (b)(1)(B) of such section 119 is amended—

(1) in clause (xiii), by striking and at the end;

(2) in clause (xiv), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and

(3) by adding at the end the following new clause:

(xv) for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, $15,000,000.

(c) Aging and disability resource centers

Subsection (c)(1)(B) of such section 119 is amended—

(1) in clause (xiii), by striking and at the end;

(2) in clause (xiv), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and

(3) by adding at the end the following new clause:

(xv) for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, $5,000,000.

(d) Coordination of efforts To inform older Americans about benefits available under Federal and State programs

Subsection (d)(2) of such section 119 is amended—

(1) in clause (xiii), by striking and at the end;

(2) in clause (xiv), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and

(3) by adding at the end the following new clause:

(xv) for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, $15,000,000.
