Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Ready Reserve Act of 2025.
Section 2. Modification of early retirement eligibility for certain members of Ready Reserve
Section 12731(f)(2)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking January 28, 2008 each place it appears and inserting September 11, 2001.
