In the House of Representatives, U. S.,

December 9, 2025. Resolved, That the election contest relating to the office of Representative from the at-large Congressional District of Alaska is dismissed on the grounds that, under section 2(1) of the Federal Contested Election Act (2 U.S.C. 381(1)), the House of Representatives has jurisdiction over official general and special elections to choose a Representative in, or Delegate or Resident Commissioner to, the Congress, but does not have jurisdiction over a primary election, or a caucus or convention of a political party.
