In the House of Representatives, U. S.,

March 11, 2025. Resolved, That Senate Joint Resolution 3, entitled "A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Internal Revenue Service relating to `Gross Proceeds Reporting by Brokers That Regularly Provide Services Effectuating Digital Asset Sales"', in the opinion of this House, contravenes the first clause of the seventh section of the first article of the Constitution of the United States and is an infringement of the privileges of this House and that such joint resolution be respectfully returned to the Senate with a message communicating this resolution.
