RESOLUTION

Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to prohibit a Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner from engaging in a sexual relationship with any employee of the House.

Resolved,

SECTION 1. PROHIBITING MEMBERS FROM ENGAGING IN SEXUAL RELATIONSHIPS

WITH HOUSE EMPLOYEES.

Clause 18(a) of rule XXIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives is amended by striking "who works under the supervision of the Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner, or who is an employee of a committee on which the Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner serves".
