Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Maintaining Small Business Engagement Act of 2026.
Section 2. Applicability of Administrative Procedures Act to certain actions of the Small Business Administration
Notwithstanding section 553(a)(2) of title 5, United States Code, such section 553 shall apply with respect to a rulemaking of the Small Business Administration that involves a matter relating to public property, loans, grants, benefits, or contracts.
