No Deliveries Act

(1) in subsection (a)—

(A) by striking or fact— and inserting or fact; or;

(B) by inserting before Shall be fined the following: Whoever knowingly enters the United States for the purpose of giving birth to a child whose parents are not nationals or lawful permanent residents of the United States and misrepresents such purpose—; and

(C) by inserting not less than 10 years (if the offense resulted in such child being born in the United States) or before not more than 25; and

(2) by adding at the end the following:

(d) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a United States district court shall have jurisdiction to enter a judicial order of removal at the time of sentencing against any alien who is convicted of an offense under this section.
