Section 1. Prohibition on closure of Forest Service research and development facilities
The Secretary of Agriculture may not close any research and development facility of the Forest Service, including through implementation of a reorganization plan, except as expressly authorized by an Act of Congress enacted after the date of enactment of this Act.
