Adjust the eligibility for the rural emergency hospital designation under the Medicare program.

(1) by striking as of and inserting, at any point during the period beginning on January 1, 2015, and ending on; and

(2) by inserting, regardless of whether the national provider identification number assigned under the program under this title to such facility changes due to a change in ownership of such facility after this subsection.
