Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the No Special Immunity for Violating Our State Laws Act of 2026.

(a) In general

Chapter 211 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:

Section 3245. Jurisdiction of State over offenses committed by Federal law enforcement officers

Any person who, while engaged in the performance of duties pertaining to the enforcement of the immigration laws (as defined in section 101 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101)), commits any act that causes the death of, or serious bodily injury to, any other person, is not immune from prosecution under the law of a State.

(b) Clerical amendment

The table of sections for chapter 211 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
