Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the National Guard Relief Act.
Section 2. Inclusion of National Guard Relief Foundation as a military welfare society
Title 10, United States Code, is amended—
(1) in section 1033(b)(2), by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
(E) The National Guard Relief Foundation.; and
(2) in section 2566(b)(1), by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
(E) The National Guard Relief Foundation.
