Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the No Foreign Persons Administering Our Elections Act.
(a) In general
A State or local jurisdiction may not hire an individual who is not a citizen of the United States to administer an election for Federal office in the State or local jurisdiction.
(b) Effective date
This section shall apply with respect to any election for Federal office held on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
