Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Guidance Upholding Integrity through Defense of Americans’ National Consumer Enforcement Act of 2026 or the GUIDANCE Act of 2026.
Section 2. Restoration of guidance and rules
The following shall have no force or effect:
