Shared Micromobility Investment Act

Section 133(b) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:

(25) Shared micromobility projects (including investments in bikesharing or shared-scooter systems).

Section 175(c)(1) of title 23, United States Code, is amended—

(1) in subparagraph (L), by striking and at the end;

(2) in subparagraph (M), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and

(3) by adding at the end the following:

(N) a shared micromobility project (including investments in bikesharing or shared-scooter systems).

Section 6702(a)(3) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—

(1) in subparagraph (G), by striking and at the end;

(2) by redesignating subparagraph (H) as subparagraph (I); and

(3) by inserting after subparagraph (G) the following:

(H) a shared micromobility project (including investments in bikesharing or shared-scooter systems); and.
