Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Sudan Waiver Report Reduction Act.
Section 2. Reporting requirement with respect to waivers granted under the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007
Section 6(c)(2) of the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007 (Public Law 110–174; 50 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended to read as follows:
(2) Reporting requirement
Not later than 30 days after the President grants a waiver under paragraph (1), the head of the executive agency concerned shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report on such waiver.
