Piers Reinvestment Act

Section 176(d)(4)(A)(ii)(II) of title 23, United States Code, is amended—

(1) in item (pp) by striking and at the end;

(2) by redesignating item (qq) as item (rr); and

(3) by inserting after item (pp) the following:

(qq) strengthening, upgrading, or improving municipal piers; and.

Section 176(d)(4)(C)(iii) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by inserting municipal piers, after pedestrian walkways,.

Section 11101(b)(1)(E)(i)(V) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (23 U.S.C. 101 note) is amended by striking $300,000,000 and inserting $500,000,000.
