Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Post-Disaster Protection Act.
Section 2. Appeals of assistance decisions
Section 423(a) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5189a(a)) is amended by striking 60 days and inserting 90 days.
