Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Railroad Retirement Fairness Act.

Section 2. Eliminating certain deductions for annuities under the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974

Section 2(f) of the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 (45 U.S.C. 231a(f)) is amended by striking subdivision (6).
