Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the No Mercy for Terrorists Act of 2026.
(a) Providing material support to terrorists
Section 2339A of title 18, United States Code, is amended—
(1) by striking imprisoned not more than 15 years and inserting imprisoned not less than 20 years or for life;
(2) by striking for any term of years or; and
(3) by inserting or punished by death after for life.
(b) Providing material support or resources to designated foreign terrorist organizations
Section 2339B(a)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—
(1) by striking imprisoned not more than 20 years and inserting imprisoned not less than 20 years or for life;
(2) by striking for any term of years or; and
(3) by inserting or punished by death after for life.
