Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Welcoming International Success Act.
Section 2. No force and effect for proclamation relating to H-1B visas and wage levels
The Proclamation entitled, Restriction On Entry Of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers and issued on September 19, 2025, shall have no force or effect and no Federal funds may be obligated or expended to carry out such Proclamation.
