Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Protecting Puppies from Sharia Act.
(a) In general
No Federal funds may be made available to any State or local government that prohibits residents of the jurisdiction from owning dogs.
(b) Sense of Congress
It is the sense of Congress that—
(1) Sharia law is a foreign concept that is against the pursuit of happiness; and
(2) it is a right of all Americans to own a dog.
