Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Ticket to Work Advertisement Act.
Section 2. Ticket to work program advertisement
Section 1148(d) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320b–19(d)) is amended by adding at the end the following:
(8) Program advertisement
Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this paragraph, and for each 6-month period thereafter, the Commissioner of Social Security shall disseminate to each disabled beneficiary information relating to participation in the Program.
