Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Prohibit Partisan Park Passes Act.
Section 2. Restriction on use of images for Recreational Lands Pass
Section 805(a)(2) of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (16 U.S.C. 6804(a)(2)) is amended—
(1) in the heading, by striking competition; and
(2) by adding at the end the following: The image used on the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass may not include a living current or former elected official or other living political figure..
