Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Fill the Lake Act.
Section 2. Regulation of Pool Level of Flathead Lake
From June 15 through September 15 of each calendar year, the Secretary of the Interior shall ensure—
(1) a minimum lake level in Flathead Lake of 2892’ MSL by providing the water from Hungry Horse Reservoir; and
(2) a maximum lake level in Flathead Lake of 2893’ MSL by releasing excess water downstream.
