Health Care for Homeless Veterans Act — Full text

Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Health Care for Homeless Veterans Act.

Section 2002(b)(1) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking sections 2011, 2012, 2013, and inserting sections 2011, 2012, 2013, 2031,.

Section 2031 of such title is amended—

(1) by striking subsection (b); and

(2) in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking the enumerator.

Section 2033 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (d).
