Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the No Funds for NATO Invasion Act.
(a) Prohibition on funding
No Federal funds are authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available for the invasion of—
(1) a country that is a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization; or
(2) any territory to which Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty (commonly known as the Washington Treaty) applies, including territory described in Article 6 of such treaty.
(b) Prohibition on invasion
No officer or employee of the United States may take any action to execute an invasion by the United States of a country or territory described in subsection (a).
