Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Freedom to Fuel Act.
Section 2. Portable fuel container exclusion
Section 183(e)(1)(B) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7511b(e)(1)(B)) is amended—
(1) in the first sentence, by striking The term and inserting the following:; and
(i) In general
The term
(2) by striking the second sentence and inserting the following:
(ii) Exclusions
The term consumer or commercial product does not include the following:
(I) A portable fuel container.
(II) A fuel or fuel additive regulated under section 211.
(III) A motor vehicle, non-road vehicle, or non-road engine as defined under section 216.
