Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Fair Competition for Small Business Act of 2025.
Section 2. Amendment
Section 4C(a)(1) of the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C. 15c(a)(1)) is amended by inserting or section 2 of this Act after any violation of the Sherman Act.
