Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Community Law Enforcement Authority Restoration Act of 2025 or as the CLEAR Act of 2025.
Section 2. Limitation on enforcement of rule relating to Law Enforcement; Criminal Prohibitions
The Forest Service of the Department of Agriculture may not administer, implement or enforce the rule relating to Law Enforcement; Criminal Prohibitions (89 Fed. Reg. 92808 (November 25, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
