Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Protect Greenbury Point Conservation Area Act.
Section 2. Prohibition on Development of a Golf Course At Greenbury Point Conservation Area At Naval Support Activity Annapolis, Maryland
Section 2855 of the Military Construction Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (division B of Public Law 118–31) is amended—
(1) in the section heading, by striking Limitation on authority to modify or restrict public access to and inserting Prohibition on development of a golf course at;
(2) in subsection (a), by inserting construct a golf course on, or otherwise before modify or restrict; and
(3) in subsection (b)—
(A) in paragraph (1), by striking; or and inserting a semicolon;
(B) in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting; or; and
(C) by adding at the end the following new paragraph:
(3) restrictions related to environmental restoration of the Greenbury Point Conservation Area in a manner consistent with existing law and regulation.
