Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Territories Airport Support Act of 2025 or the TASA Act of 2025.
Section 2. United States Government’s share of project costs
Section 47109(f) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraph (1) and inserting the following:
(1) is—
(A) receiving essential air service for which compensation was provided to an air carrier under subchapter II of chapter 417; or
(B) located in a territory of the United States and was an eligible point under section 419 of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 on October 24, 1978; and
