Boosting the Rural STEM Pipeline Act

Section 10A of the National Science Foundation Authorization Act of 2002 (42 U.S.C. 1862n–1a) is amended—

(1) by striking subsection (i); and

(2) by redesignating subsections (j) and (k) as subsections (i) and (j), respectively.

Section 10320 of the Research and Development, Competition, and Innovation Act (42 U.S.C. 18998) is amended—

(1) in subsection (a)—

(A) by striking requirements and inserting requirement;

(B) by striking forthe and inserting for the; and

(C) by striking and under and all that follows through are and inserting is; and

(2) in subsection (b), by striking waivers each place it appears and inserting waiver.
