Improving Medicaid Precision and Cancer Test Act of 2025

Title XIX of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.) is amended—

(1) in section 1902(a)(10)(A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking and (30) and inserting (30), and (32);

(2) in section 1905—

(A) in subsection (a)—

(i) in paragraph (31), by striking; and and inserting a semicolon;

(ii) by redesignating paragraph (32) as paragraph (33); and

(iii) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (31):

(32) lung cancer biomarker testing; and

(iii) ; and

(3) in section 1937(b)(5), by inserting before the period at the end the following:, and beginning January 1, 2027, coverage of lung cancer biomarker testing.

The amendments made by this section shall apply beginning January 1, 2027.
