Section 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Large-Scale Water Recycling Reauthorization Act.

Section 2. Authorization extension

Section 40905(k) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58) is amended by striking 5 years and inserting 10 years.
