Chapter 3 of title 36, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:

Section 307. National hymn

The composition consisting of the words and music known as Here Rests in Honored Glory by Donald B. Miller is designated as the national hymn of the United States.

(b) Clerical amendment

The table of sections for chapter 3 of title 36, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
