Section 1. Requiring Medicare Advantage plans to automatically reconsider of determinations denying coverage
Section 1852(g)(2)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395–22(g)(2)(A)) is amended—
(1) by striking a determination and inserting each determination;
(2) by striking upon request by the enrollee involved; and
(3) by striking of the receipt of the request for reconsideration and inserting on which the determination described in paragraph (1)(B) is made.
