Add the Kentucky counties of Hancock, Ohio, and Daviess to the Delta Regional Authority area

Section 4(2)(C) of the Delta Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3121 note; Public Law 100–460) is amended by striking and Union and inserting Union, Daviess, Hancock, and Ohio.
