Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Moving American Money Distant from Anti-National Interests Act or the MAMDANI Act.
Section 2. Limitation on Federal funds for New York City if Zohran Mamdani is mayor
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, during any period in which Zohran Mamdani is mayor of New York, New York—
(1) any unobligated Federal funds available for New York, New York, for any purpose are hereby rescinded; and
(2) no Federal funds may be obligated or expended for any purpose to New York, New York.
