Section 1. Prohibition on use of Federal funds to pay reparations issued by international bodies or courts for violations of international law

No Federal funds may be used to pay any reparations in the form of restitution, compensation and satisfaction issued by an international body or court for a violation of international law unless Congress specifically approves such reparations in an Act of Congress enacted on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
